Privacy Policy

What we collect

ProFormaAI is a real-estate deal-analysis tool. We collect only what's needed to run the app and save your work:

  • Account info: your email address, via Google Sign-In or Sign in with Apple, to identify your account.
  • Deal and property data you enter: addresses, prices, rents, expenses, loan terms, and other inputs you type in to run an analysis — stored so your saved analyses, underwriting profiles, and portfolio are there when you come back.
  • LOI recipient info: if you generate a Letter of Intent, the recipient's email address you provide is used to send it.
  • Voice input: if you use the microphone to describe a deal, that audio is processed for speech-to-text and is not stored or retained after transcription.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos, or browsing history, and we do not use advertising SDKs.

How we use it

Your data is used solely to run the app's calculations, authenticate you, save and sync your analyses/portfolio across your devices, and — only if you opt in — send you notifications about changes to deals you're tracking. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

How we store and protect it

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored with our infrastructure provider, Supabase, which encrypts data at rest. Our infrastructure subprocessors are limited to Supabase (database/auth), Google (Sign-In and, in the future, push notifications via Firebase), and standard cloud hosting — none of these are advertising partners, and none receive your data for their own use.

Your rights and choices

You can review and edit your account info in the app at any time. You can also delete your account and all associated data at any time using the "Delete Account" option in the app's Account screen — this is immediate and permanent. If you'd prefer, you can instead email hello@pfpro.ai with your account email and we will process the deletion manually within 30 days of receipt, consistent with GDPR and CCPA response timeframes.

Children's privacy

ProFormaAI is a professional real-estate investing tool intended for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13.
